Our Pricing Policy
All prices are in US dollars.
We believe our prices are extremely competitive. However, if you see the same merchandise advertised at better price AND in stock, please email us at Call 1-800-303-6434 to place an order
We'll gladly better it by 5%.
Please note the following:
  • The item must be in-stock and available for purchase at that price from a company located in the U.S.
  • Shipping and handling charges are included. When comparing our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent shipping and handling charges will be included.
  • 5% better price offer can not be COMBINED with any other discounts.
    If there is more then one discount applicable, we will apply the biggest one.
  • Due to the nature of custom stringing we do not better price for it.

Payment
We currently accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discovery, American Express, and Optima cards, US Money Orders, COD ( UPS $7.00 fee applies for this payment), and personal or corporate checks from US or Canada banks.
If you want to pay with a money order or a check please do the following:
  • Select items you want to buy.
  • Place your order. Select "US Money Order" or "Check" as a payment type;
  • We will hold your goods for 2 weeks from the moment you placed your order;
  • Obtain the money order or write a check for an amount of your purchase. You can buy a money order at any post office or bank.

  • We will ship your package the same business day we receive your money order the same day check clears.
    There is a $25.00 fee for a bounced check.


Sales Tax
Based on the recipient's shipping address, 7% sales tax will be collected on all taxable items shipped to state of New Jersey addresses.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. This e-mail will contain your order number.
If we have a question about your order, we might contact you via e-mail or phone to resolve the issue.


Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 1pm EST, except for Custom stringing orders.
There is no handling charge for any size order.
For orders over $50 we offer FREE standard shipping to any US address (that exludes Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).
All orders under $50 are charged $3.95 for shipping.
We offer the following expedited shipping options for any size order:
  • 5 business day delivery - only $4.99
  • 4 business day delivery - only $9.99
  • 3 business day delivery - only $12.99
  • 2nd business day delivery - only $19.99
  • Next business day delivery - only $29.99.

Standard shipping to Canada is free for orders over USD199.
We also offer reduced shipping rates to Canada for orders under USD199, starting from only USD4.00.
We offer FREE Standard SHIPPING anywhere else for orders over $299..
Expedited shipping option is available for selected countries.

How to count delivery length.
The day of placing order is NOT counted towards delivery time.
For example, if you placed your order on Tuesday before 1 pm EST with a 2nd business day delivery option, your package should arrive by the end of Thursday of the same week.
If you placed your order on Thursday before 1 pm EST with a 3rd business day delivery option, your package should arrive by the end of Tuesday of the NEXT week.

For International shipments we use US Express mail and Global Priority mail.
Express mail takes at least 1 week to arrive.
Global Priority mail takes at least 2 weeks.
However, it might take longer to arrive to some locations.
Here is how you can get exact shipping costs for your country if your order total is under $299:
Shipping rate for the items you have in your shopping basket will be calculated by the system when you start checkout.
Fill out the shipping information, select "EXPEDITED" or "STANDARD" shipping and click "Apply" button, you can see the shipping charge for the items you have in your shopping cart.
You can then use the "Back" button of your browser to go back to shopping and add/remove items without loosing shipping information, to see how shipping charge is affected.
Also, we strongly advise international customers to check with their local post office if there are any fees and/or taxes for parcels from abroad. All local fees and taxes are CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Return Policy
At SquashGear.com, your satisfaction is our first priority.
We offer 30 days return on all merchandise returned in brand new, saleable condition, namely:
  • Plastic wrap on a racquet’s grip and paper face plate are not removed
  • All warranty cards are unfilled
  • Packages with grips, strings, head and wrist bands are not opened
  • Shoes HAVE NOT been worn on court or outdoors.
    *** We absolutely CANNOT accept worn shoes. ***

5% re-stocking fee on all returns, except defective merchandise and shoes that did not fit.

No returned goods will be accepted
