Shipping and Handling Policy Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 1pm EST, except for Custom stringing orders. There is no handling charge for any size order. For orders over $50 we offer FREE standard shipping to any US address. (that exludes Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). All orders under $50 are charged $3.95 for shipping. We offer the following expedited shipping options: Standard shipping to Canada is free for orders over USD199. We also offer reduced shipping rates to Canada for orders under USD199, starting from only USD4.00. Please note that the day of placing order is NOT counted. For example, if you placed your order on Tuesday before 1 pm EST with a 2nd business day delivery option, your package is supposed to arrive by the end of Thursday of the same week. If you placed your order on Thursday before 1 pm EST with a 3rd business day delivery option, your package is supposed to arrive by the end of Tuesday of the NEXT week. For International shipments we use US Express mail and Global Priority mail. Express mail takes at least 1 week to arrive. Global Priority mail takes at least 2 weeks.
